Obinna "Obilizim" Onyesoro(1984-2009). He had his secondary education at Community Secondary School, Nasarrawa State. He was admitted to study Fine Arts at the Federal Polytechnic, Oko,
Anambra State. He was rounding-up his HND Degree program, with specialization in Painting, before we lost him to the cold hands of death in a fatal motor accident in late June, 2009.
He was an accomplished artist, with exhibitions in Nigeria and lot of commisioned projects. Some of the exhibitions he had participated in
were, "Final Year Art Exhibition" Fed. Poly. Oko - 2006, "Life in My City Art Exhibition" Enugu - 2008, "Life in My City Art Exhibition" Enugu - 2009.
He was a poet, musician and a very talented artist. He would surely be missed.
His works could be seen in Homes, Hotels, Banks and a good number Government offices all over Nigeria as well as outside the shores of this country.
He is from Isulo, Orumba South L.G.A in Anambra State.
As a tribute to a great artist, we have decided to keep this page running, so that we can preserve his LEGACY. Obi might not be with us, but his WORKS would live on!!!
